Our Housing

We provide housing in the London Borough of Hillingdon to people suffering the effects of homelessness. If you are homeless and would like to like to know if you are eligible to live in one of our properties you must be referred by the London Borough of Hillingdon – to make an appointment call 01895 556666.

  • Everyone has the right to a home

It is estimated that nearly half a million people are homeless or living in temporary or inadequate, unsafe or unsuitable accommodation in the UK. We believe that everyone has the right to a home, and our Supported Housing provides accommodation and coaching to people suffering the effects of homelessness in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

  • If it’s not good enough for me, it’s not good enough for you.

We are socially responsible landlords, providing 116 units of good quality, affordable supported accommodation and 22 units of move on housing for people who are transitioning from supported housing to independent living. The environment we provide is safe, welcoming and managed by a dedicated team who ensure that all our properties have good quality furnishings, are safe and are maintained to a high standard.

  • We house people

Last year we provided 71,000 nights of accommodation to people suffering the effects of homelessness in the London Borough of Hillingdon, where we house two new people every week. We provided coaching to 111 people living in our accommodation – that’s over 25,000 hours per year. 69% of people who left our accommodation moved on to live independently.
