‘What a wonderful role and a great organisation to work for'...
"What drew me to Trinity was that 2 years ago I visited them as I was part of a voluntary organisation Help the Homeless Hillingdon. At this meeting, Graeme told me about the Coaching Role and how they support residents in the houses. I thought ‘What a wonderful role and a great organisation to work for'. As I didn’t have direct experience or qualifications I thought that I wouldn’t be suitable. When I saw the advert for a Resident Coach I just went for it and was delighted to get the job.
I have had the most amazing couple of weeks. I am literally pinching myself that this is my job and that I am working for Trinity. I have spent the last 2 weeks watching and learning from the most incredible people. The Coaching, spending time at SHOC, group meetings, shadowing Coaches, meeting the residents, the Breathing Space sessions and working with the most amazing team has been more fantastic than I could have ever imagined. I just can’t believe how lucky I am to have this opportunity.
Thank you so much for all you have done to make me so welcome and my time so interesting and varied." - Sonia Lloyd.
