Job Title: Resident Coach

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 pa, 40 hr work week.

Responsible to: Head of Coaching
Trinity has become the largest provider of supported accommodation in West London, as we grow and develop we require more people to join our aim of ending homelessness by working with rough-sleeping individuals, working out a resolution to their problems as they find paths back into employment and permanent living spaces.
Our coaches work directly with the residents of our supported accommodation, helping them to successfully manage their tenancies. We work with our residents to guide them on tackling the issues that led to and developed due to rough sleeping through techniques such as motivational interviews, apprecitive enquiry and Neuro Linguisitc Programming.

A coach at trinity will be a kind, sincere and patient individual with good listening skills.

Further Requirements:
  • Time Management
  • Previous experience with drugs, alcohol and mental health issues
  • Driver's License and car
  • Be able to work with flexible hours
  • Work well in a team and individually where required, as well as with outside parties.
Job Title: Rent Administrator

Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 pa, 40 hr work week.

Responsible to: Head of Housing

The purpose of the Rent & Tenancy Administrator is to work as a key member of the Rent Team to provide a range of excellent customer service to residents, colleagues and external parties, with a primary responsibility for the collection and prevention of debt. As Trinity grows we require more dedicated admin staff to ensure all of our accounts and payments are being managed to a professional standard.
The key objectives are: to deliver a high quality of rent collection, arrears recovery service and tenancy administration in full accordance with Trinity’s policies and procedures. To provide an accurate, sensitive and responsive rent account enquiry and information service. To assist in ensuring that income is maximised and rent arrears and other charges are kept to a minimum.

Job roles and responsibilities:

  • Experience of providing customer focused service and working as part of a team and on own
    initiative.
  • Time Management
  • Good knowledge of welfare benefits especially housing
    benefit.
  • ability to use a range
    of IT systems including specialist packages
  • Liaise with our residents in an empathetic,
    understanding and professional manner.
  • Set up and accurately maintain accounts.

Job Title: Property Maintenance

Salary: Up to £14,000 p.a. depending on experience, 20 hr work week.

Responsible to: Property Manager and Head of Housing
To ensure the Trinity supported housing service is effectively serviced  a skilled maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks and repairs. Responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are orderly and functional. Being reliable and flexible with a keen eye for detail. Ex-perience and knowledge in the area is essential. Must be able to converse in a positive way with our residents whilst in their homes.

Job responsibilities and requirements:

  • Driver's License and transport
  • Experience of Health and Safety Requirements
  • Experience of working on own initiative and proactively managing time and work load effec-tively with ever-changing priorities.
  • To prioritise, and action maintenance requests; liaising with Prop-erty Manager, in-house maintenance and external contractors as necessary.
  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, install appliances and equipment.
  • To support in-house maintenance with preparing void rooms.

Job Title: IT Support Assistant

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 pa, 40 hr work week. (Prorated for part time staff)

Reports to: Head of Operations

Trinity has become the largest provider of supported accommodation in West London, as we grow and develop we require more people to join our aim of ending homelessness by working with rough-sleeping individuals, working out a resolution to their problems as they find paths back into employment and permanent living spaces.
The operations team provide support to all of the staff in the organisation and facilitate their work by ensuring they have the tools, reporting and training for their roles. Their contribution helps the organisation operate smoothly. The IT Support Assistant is organised and efficient. Our approach to support is proactive and solution focused.

Further Requirements:

  • Experience of working on your own initiative.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all members of staff, management and third parties.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance competing priorities.
  • Ability to work flexibly.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology.

Qualifications/Professional Experience Required

  • A Levels grade C or above in Mathematics and/or Computer Science.
  • Advanced Excel skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook.
  • Experience of working on CRM, Salesforce or IT systems advantageous.

Job Title:  Housekeeper

Salary: Part-time salary is £10 p.h. for a 40 hour week depending on experience. Hours negotiated with the successful applicant.

Reports to: Property Manager

of people suffering homelessness and preventing people from becoming homeless and we’re always looking forward to
welcoming new, like-minded, people into our team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about creating a welcoming, homely environment through good hygiene.
We’re looking for a Housekeeper who will exceed our expectations, ensuring that all our bathrooms, kitchens and
communal arears are sparkling!
Additionally, in this role you will be performing and documenting routine inspections and maintenance activities such as
fire alarm testing, meter readings, reporting maintenance issues in our properties and preparing our bedrooms for our new
residents.

Job roles and responsibilities:

  • Cleaning communal areas to a high and hygienic standard (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc)
  • Routine inspections such as fire alarm testing and meter readings.
  • A keen eye to help identify and report maintenance issues.
  • Be open minded, organised, flexible.
  • Be friendly, helpful and respectful to our residents.
