This course is very popular with Managers and Leaders of organisations. However, it’s equally beneficial to individual staff who want a different approach to work relationships and life. By the end of this 2 day Introduction to Coaching course you will be able to:

  • evaluate different coaching models and how they are used

  • apply coach-mentoring techniques for performance and development issues
  • give feedback as a coach
